Will I be able to track my order? & How can I access tracking information for my order?

Yes, you will! Soon after as you've placed your order, your receive an email with the order reference ID. You will be able to see the shipping method, shipping date, delivery date, order status, and delivery confirmation.As we work with various shipping carriers, please note that some may not provide tracking numbers until after the product has been shipped. Therefore, you may receive two separate emails: the first confirming your order and the second containing your tracking information. Rest assured, we aim to send the second email within one to two business days. Once you receive the email containing the tracking ID, you'll be able to track your order using the dedicated website of the shipping carrier.

 

 

What shipping carriers are utilized for deliveries?

EmporiumOfArtists has partnered with 40+ shipping providers like DHL, FedEx, Royal Mail, Blue Dart,GLS, ZTO Express, etc., all over the world. Our selection of the shipping provider for your order will be based on a number of factors, such as the country of production, the country of delivery, the selected shipping method, and the total weight of your order. You can check the available shipping providers for your order at checkout.

 

 

Do you offer international shipping, and if so, which countries are included?

Yes, we do offer international shipping, but our standard procedure is to process most of our orders (95%) close to your customers' locations with local print providers. Sometimes, we may have to route an order to a producer in a different country from yours to ensure product availability, production capacity, and logistics and optimize delivery routes for a smooth delivery process. We ship to all countries internationally and charge shipping costs accordingly.

 

 

My package was expected to arrive today, but I haven't received it. What steps should I take?

At EmporiumOfArtists, shipping refers to an unfailing and efficient shipping process, so late deliveries are a rarity, and we work hard to prevent them. Still, if your order is delayed, we recommend you wait for two business days, and if it still doesn't arrive, you can use the tracking information, like ship date and ETA, and contact the carrier for an update. Ask them if they can expedite the process and make the same-day delivery. If they are unable to help, feel free to contact our customer care, and we will do our best to resolve the issue at the earliest.

 

 

What is the estimated arrival time for the product?

Typically, production, packaging, and shipping span 4 to 8 business days, contingent upon your country of residence.

Ask them if they can expedite the process and make the same-day delivery.
