Respectful Conduct: We expect all users to treat each other with respect and professionalism. Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or any form of abusive behavior will not be tolerated.

Transparency: We strive to maintain transparency in all aspects of our platform, including pricing, fees, and policies. Artists and buyers should have clear information about transactions and any applicable charges.

Intellectual Property Rights: We respect the intellectual property rights of artists and third parties. Any infringement of copyright or other intellectual property rights will be promptly addressed.

Customer Support: We are committed to providing prompt and helpful customer support to both artists and buyers. Any inquiries or issues will be addressed in a timely manner to ensure a positive experience for all.

Data Privacy: We prioritize the privacy and security of user data. Personal information provided to us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Fair Practices: We promote fair and ethical business practices among our users. Any attempts to manipulate or exploit the platform for unfair advantage will result in appropriate action being taken.


Quality Guarantee: If you’re not satisfied with the quality of the products the customer received get in touch within 30 days of receiving the item and we’ll do everything we can to investigate and find a solution. If our quality assurance team validates your claim, we will be happy to send a complimentary replacement order to the customer as quickly as possible. We'd much rather fix any problems and send a replacement order to make sure customers are happy with their orders. If that's not possible or the customers can't wait for a new order to arrive, please indicate that when you reach out to us and we'll give you a refund.


Lost Orders Policy: For packages lost in transit, please get in touch with us within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. We'll be happy to send a replacement order on your behalf.

Wrong Address: If the address you've provided is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned and disposed of safely. Should you want to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.


Defective or damaged products: If the customer receive defective or damaged orders, such as damage to the delivered products, errors in the number or quantity of the delivered products, or lack of quality of the delivered product not caused by lack of quality of the content the customer provided. Should you want to submit a new order, we will cover the costs of the new order.

 

Return Policy for Customers:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Emporium Of Artists. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. Please follow the guidelines below for a smooth return process:

Timing: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date. We are unable to accept returns beyond this timeframe.

Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure the package is adequately protected to prevent damage during transit. We reccomend to take pictures of the product and the package before leaving it to the postal office. So in the evenience we'll be able to know that the product has been sent correctly.

Refund Process: Refunds will only be issued once the returned package has been received and inspected at our warehouse. Once approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and the address for our warehouse.

Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Exchanges: At this time, we are unable to process exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Emporium Of Artists reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria or are initiated beyond the 30-day timeframe.

Communication: If any issues arise regarding the originality or legality of your artwork, please communicate promptly with our support team. We are here to assist you and ensure compliance with our policies and legal requirements.

Emporium Of Artists reserves the right to remove any artwork from our platform that violates these guidelines or raises concerns regarding copyright infringement. We appreciate your cooperation in upholding the integrity of our platform and protecting the rights of all artists and creators.
