Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your items are shipped. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer, but we'll do our best to get your order out to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Methods:
We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs. You can choose from standard shipping or express shipping, the availability is contingent upon your country of residence. The shipping costs and estimated delivery times for each option will be calculated at checkout. We are unable to assume responsibility for customs duties and tariffs imposed by your country.

Shipping Time:

Our shipping time typically ranges from 4 to 14 business days, with an average delivery time of around 8 business days. Please note that actual delivery times may vary based on factors such as destination location and chosen shipping method. Rest assured, we prioritize efficiency and transparency throughout the shipping process and are committed to delivering your order safely and promptly.


Packaging:
We take great care in packaging your prints to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. Each print is carefully packaged in multiple paper boxes to provide extra protection during transit. Additionally, we may use plastic protections to safeguard your prints from moisture or other potential hazards.

Packaging for Unframed Prints:
Our poster and unframed prints will be carefully rolled, and shipped in a sturdy tube.
The print being rolled won't harm its quality. If it remains curved after unpacking, simply hang it for 48 to 72 hours to restore its flatness.

Packaging for Framed prints and solid prints:
Items such as framed prints, acrylic prints, aluminum prints, canvas, and foam prints will be shipped flat for optimal protection. Freight quotes are available for these orders, but please anticipate longer delivery times.


Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery and get an estimated delivery date.

Shipping Delays:
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, please note that shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier issues.
